HIGH COST APARTMENT @ SHAH ALAM SECTION 18

Currently sitting in the boardroom for PMO weekly project meeting. The CIO nagging on incomplete data and human issues which result blaming the system itself... Most of the issue complaint ticket was due to incomplete data and people attitude which not perform their job accordingly. Having a fully integrated system from A to Z requires high commitment from all division to perform their task efficiently and accurately. Any mishaps in the middle will lead to incomplete process. Looking at this scenario, the end user will always be the victim. I'm quite frustrated because having a good SAP system which cost to the company millions of ringgit but yet people themselves not prepare to use it effectively. Their current nature of work are in silo environment which communication break down and poor competency make the situation even worse.

Forget about it and let concentrate with property investment.....

If you drive through along Uitm hostel Section 18 and Sekolah Kanak2 Khas on the left side, you will notice that there is new construction activity on your right side. The project called "Cadangan Membina Satu Blok Pangsa Kos Tinggi (60 unit) - 13 Tingkat" as shown on the picture.



Facilities in the building as below:
  • 1 unit - Surau (Level 2)
  • 1 unit - Tadika (Level 2)
  • 1 unit - Dobi (Level 2)
  • 1 unit - Gymnisium (Level 2)
  • 2units - Kiosk (Level 2)
  • 2 Level of Podium Parking
* The funny thing is they mentioned 1 unit of DOBI for two times on the billboard and the location is the same which is at Level 2. I'm not sure either they overlook on it or try to show that this apartment has a lot to offer to the buyer. hahahah....

I did contact PKNS and confirm with them on this project status. The lady who pick up the phone confirmed that it is still a new project and not been advertise anywhere including their website. Price ranging from RM250 000 to RM300 000. Anyone who interested can register their name to PKNS Shah Alam and for further info please contact 03-5519 2211.

I did some research on the developer Asal Bina Sdn Bhd. The project was awarded to them somewhere in 2011. They are bumiputra developer and looking at the list of project awarded to them it seem that they are reputable developer.

    Thanks for the advise. Well noted on your point that my current URL is difficult to remember. The truth is I ni 'buta' IT..hahahahha.. Not keen for changes coz slow skit bab2 nih...   5. Saya setuju sangat tuh...URL susah nak ingat...tapi isi kandungannya memang menarik..mungkin tuan boleh beli domain satu i.e firdauskhalid.com ke .net ke pointkan ke blogspot ni.
